JC Packs designs and builds form-fill-seal, pouch, and cartoning lines for factories that want a partner, not just a supplier. Send us your product — we'll send back a video of it running on the right machine before you commit.
How we work
Send us 2 kg of your product and a sample of your pouch or film. We'll run it on a matching machine, record the run, and send you the video within 15 working days. No charge, no commitment. If it doesn't run clean, we'll tell you what would — even if that's not our machine.
Catalog speeds assume ideal products. Yours isn't ideal — it's sticky, or dusty, or has a wide piece-size range. We right-size the filler, the bagger, the cartoner, and the conveyor to your real product, not a brochure target.
Year-one support is included, not upsold. The engineer who built your line is the one who picks up when you call at 2 AM because a seal bar is drifting. We don't hide behind ticket systems.

60 bpm coffee pouch line → Germany
Premade pouch machine + auger filler + nitrogen flush, running 350 g coffee. Replaced a 12-year-old line; output doubled.
25 ppm pharma cartoner → Brazil
Automatic cartoner for OTC tablet bottles, integrated with serialization printer. Validated to local regulator.
40 bpm frozen fruit VFFS → USA
Vertical form-fill-seal for 500 g IQF berries, with upgraded film roller for cold-room dew point.
